2011 / 2012 Winter Storage Options

Tournament Storage This is "All Inclusive" storage for your Wakeboard or Ski Boat. It includes boat pick up, complete engine winterization, full oil and filter change, ballast tank winterization, heater winterization and fall hull cleaning. Your boat is then stored in our storage shed especially designed for Wakeboard and Ski Boats. In the spring your boat receives a complete detailing along with an acid wash of the hull. We will then deliver your boat back to you. You don't need to do anything and there are no additional charges unless you choose some of the extras.	$55.00/ft
Indoor Storage Available for Inboards, Inboard/Outboards or Outboards, this is a fully enclosed shed. The storage fee includes a fall hull washing along with a complete, detailed cleaning of your boat in the spring. The only additional charge is the winterization of your engine, depending on the type. These fees are laid out below. You may choose extra services during the spring launch.	$40.00/ft
Covered Storage for Inboards and Inboard/Outboards Storage in our covered sheds includes fall hull washing along with a complete, detailed cleaning of your boat in the spring. The only additional charge is for the winterization of your engine as laid out below. Covered Storage at Mountain Trout House includes screens that are lowered so that your boat is not exposed to direct sunlight and the effects of winter weather are minimized.	$37.00/ft

To determine your storage costs just pick the type of storage you want and multiply the length of your boat by the charge per foot. Then add the winterization cost for your type of engine. Add 13% for the HST and you are done. In the case of Tournament Storage, multiply the length of your boat by the inclusive cost and add 13% HST.

We recommend that you have your oil changed at least once per year or every 50 operating hours.

Storage or slippage customers can store their boat trailers at MTH for free. Should you choose to store your boat elsewhere at the end of the season the $150.00 trailer storage fee will apply.

What Makes Boat Storage Different at Mountain Trout House Marina?

We pride ourselves in providing the best boat storage experience that we can for our customers. We are especially proud of the cleaning process that every boat receives as it comes out of storage. Each boat is individually cleaned for an average of two hours while it is being readied for launch. You should receive your boat in the cleanest condition it will be all summer. If you are not totally satisfied with the detailled cleaning job done on your boat, we will do it again. We guarantee it!

Storage includes free pick up of your boat from Lake of Bays, Otter, Fletcher, Paint and Raven Lake. Kawagama Cottagers can have their boat picked up and delivered back to their docks at no extra cost.
